Fennel
A mixture of bulbing and pernnial herb fennel. Thick hollow stems and attractive fethery green foliage. The aniseed flavoured seeds can also be used.
Usage
Can use the whole plant. The bulb is good in salads and roasting. The foliage and seeds provide an aniseed flavored herb. Will self seed.
